  We purchased a couch, love seat and kitchen dinette during the big Labor Day weekend sale so we got an awesome deal and the representatives helping us throughout the process were extremely helpful. About a month after receiving our furniture, we noticed what seemed to be a manufacturer's defect in the table top (splitting wood). Owner, Mr. Britt Sams, who informed us that the manufacturer does not usually warranty the products once they are in the customer's homes, was able to work with the manufacturer to pay for and replace the table for us. We could not be more pleased with the customer service we were shown and will always, when given the chance, refer our friends and family. Thank you Sam's!
