  The Kittrell Grocery is a gem. First of all, the family that owns/operates this store is a first class family. They work long, hard hours and do a great job taking care of customers. Second, there is a butcher in the store that provides the best sausage you can find anywhere in N.C. The butcher also has incredible pork chops, chicken and bologna. In addition, the steaks are beautiful...hamburger is great too. Then there is the grill which is staffed with really nice people that also happen to be great cooks. Naturally they cook items from the butcher shop. If you need groceries, the shelves are continuously stocked and often you can find a hard to find product. Then there is the beverage dept., which has everything you could want including a walk-in beer cooler. There is also a nice produce selection which includes locally grown items. I almost forgot another great thing about kittrell Grocery, the prices are very reasonable!
